72KNOTS.AI LLC - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ValetParking.ai platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 72knots.ai LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

2. Nature of the Platform

72knots.ai LLC provides software tools and AI-powered interfaces for parking and hospitality operators. The Platform is powered in part by AI technology provided by Anthropic, PBC. The Platform does not make staffing recommendations, guarantee operational outcomes, or replace human judgment.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, be authorized to operate a parking or hospitality business, and provide accurate information during registration.

4. Fees

Free tier access is a revocable privilege. Paid access is offered at rates communicated during registration. 72knots.ai LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days written notice.

5. Payment Processing

72knots.ai LLC is not a payment processor and does not hold guest funds. You are solely responsible for your payment processor account and all applicable taxes and fees.

6. Data and Privacy

You represent that you have the legal right to collect and submit all data you provide to the Platform and have obtained all necessary consents from guests and employees.

7. NO RELIANCE ON PLATFORM OUTPUTS - CRITICAL PROVISION

The Platform including AI-generated responses, reports, and recommendations is provided for informational purposes only. You agree that you will NOT make staffing, hiring, or termination decisions based solely on Platform outputs. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before acting.

8. AI Effect on Industry

You acknowledge that AI technology may materially affect the parking and hospitality industry. 72knots.ai LLC does not cause or control these industry-wide effects.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 72KNOTS.AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 72knots.ai LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida courts.
